-All payments are done through Paypal.com. Payments can be done on full or in a plan. If you want to do a payment plan, you need to make a down payment of $1000 to reserve your slot, after that, it is up to you on how much, how many, and when you do the remaining payments, but fursuit has to be paid off in a max of three months. I give you freedom on how to make the payments but it has to be paid off in three months.-Only +18 buyers. I don’t sell to minors.-I don’t do refunds. If you don’t want your slot anymore, you can sell it to another person for how much you paid to that moment(and buyer will need to pay what is left in case you were doing a payment plan)

-I need a proper reference sheet of your character. It has to be SFW(safe for work). Reference sheets have to be clear and without shadings. I can ask for more art of the character if I feel the reference is not enough. I do a small reference on the OppsCryCreations base and show it to you to be approved before starting working on your suit(this is for me to make my work easier, but you can keep it and use it). This is done after down payment.-Some designs will be changed a little to fit into my fursuit style or to make them fursuit friendly. This is going to be discussed with the client always from the start up to before I start the furring process, so the client can see them and agree to them, or change them to their liking. Changes on designs can’t be made after that, not by me nor by the client.-I talk about the fabrics with you and show you the ones i think will work better for the colors of your character. You can ask for specific fabrics too. I don’t buy any fabric if it is not approved by you. Fabrics are bought after the down payment. You can’t change the fabrics after I bought them.-The place of your slot depends on when you did your down payment. If you're first to do it, you're gonna come first on the queue. I will let you know in what place/order is your commission.-Fursuit is not shipped until not fully paid.-You have to provide me with measurements because every suit is made to fit you.-You have to let me know if you're gonna wear glasses with the fursuit on so i can make extra space for them inside the head.-You can request WIP photos of your order at any time after i start working on it, but i only going to reply Monday to Friday, 09am to 17pm if i have something to show you(sometimes all i did that day is just cut fabric so i don’t have anything to show). I don’t reply on weekends or holidays.-I don’t work with deadlines. I can take some days off when I need it to care for my health. For this reason I don't accept rush fees either.-I can use any photos of your suits taken by me to post them on my page and social media for my own advertising, of the finished suit and WIPs. I don’t do “ top secret” work, if i’m working on a suit, some wips are gonna be posted, but i can try to not post photos when the suit is being furred so it is kept as a “surprise”.

-Shipping is already included in the price. I’m not responsible for the suit after I left the box in the post office.-Shipping times and prices may fluctuate due to covid or natural disasters.-Shipping in the USA is done by USPS. I use a safe shipping method where if they can’t find the client to deliver, the suit is coming back to me. If this happens, that second shipping will be paid by the client.-By new laws in the USA, now all shipments that come from outside of the country, pay a % fee. I’m from Chile so the fee is 10% of the fursuit price. Take this into consideration because the client might be asked by USA customs to pay it off when the suit arrives in the country.
